Some of my stuff is going to be in it, so anyone in town should come check it out!

Today I had fun hanging out at a certain band’s recording session!

This is honey that’s good for the throat! Apparently it’s made by bees in New Zealand, which is the only place Manuka flowers grow!
The higher the UMF number, the stronger its antibacterial properties.
